Tuesday 9th November saw the signing of the FU Seoul Satellite contracts. My contract was a local newsletter - a form that has the ability to capture what is temporarily important to a community as well as embodying its more long term character and priorities. They inherently contain a multitude of voices, angles and types of information. Newspapers historically are statements of intent and beliefs, so I hope mine captures my ambitions for the year ahead and the tone of my investigations.
